Effective January 19, 2026, our office hours will be:

Monday – Thursday | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

You may stop by during these hours to drop off your tax paperwork. For your convenience, we also offer:

  • A secure drop box at our door for after-hours submissions

  • Electronic document submission

🚫 Please note: We are not offering in-person appointments at this time.

πŸ—“οΈ Tax Season Information

The IRS will begin accepting tax returns on January 26, 2026.

To avoid delays, please ensure all documents are submitted together. If you received Marketplace Health Insurance, you must include Form 1095-A. Missing documents may result in:

  • Refund delays

  • The need to file an amended return

  • Additional preparation fees

⏳ Processing Time & Review

Our staff requires up to two (2) weeks to process your return. Prior to filing, we will contact you with your results. At that time, you may schedule a 30-minute consultation to review your return and receive a copy.

Please carefully review all information. Once you confirm accuracy and payment is received, your return will be filed and a final copy provided.

πŸ“Œ Important Filing Deadlines

Individual Returns

  • Filing deadline: April 15

  • Extension deadline: October 15

    • If your paperwork is not received by March 31, you must contact our office to request an extension.

    • For extended returns, paperwork must be received by September 30, 2026.

Business Returns

  • Filing deadlines: March 15 and September 15

    • You must contact us to request an extension.

    • Paperwork deadlines:

      • February 27 (original filing)

      • August 31 (extensions)

🧾 Tax Organizers

Tax organizers for individual and business returns are available on our website for your convenience.

If you are itemizing deductions, please complete Page 3 of the organizer. Clients are responsible for totaling receipts and entering amounts in the appropriate categories. If you would like our office to organize and total receipts for you, we are happy to assist for an additional fee.

πŸ’³ Payment Policy

While we are grateful for the opportunity to serve you, payment is due upon completion of services.

  • If payment is not made at completion, fees will be deducted from your refund.

  • If your refund is offset due to back taxes, student loans, or other government obligations, you are still responsible for payment.

  • We do not offer payment arrangements.

  • Returns will not be submitted until all preparation fees are paid.

  • We continue to accept all forms of payment.
